Recommended capacity is around 20g beans for 1-2 servings. Do not overfill to avoid excessive grinding resistance.
What material is the burr? How to adjust grind size?
It comes with stainless steel conical burr for consistent grinding. Rotate the bottom dial to adjust fineness, from fine for espresso to coarse for French press & cold brew.
Can I disassemble and clean it? Any parts to keep away from water?
Grinding assembly can be taken apart for brushing. Do NOT submerge the whole unit in water. Keep metal bearings dry; use a brush to remove residual coffee powder.
